Alvord, Crane, Summer Lake, Belknap, Grande and Jackson Wellsprings combine soaking with operator-run camping. Hart Mountain pairs its spring with a designated federal refuge campground. Terwilliger and Umpqua are different: the springs are day use, while overnight camping belongs in a separate developed campground. Snively is intentionally absent because BLM prohibits camping around the site.
That distinction affects arrival time, gear and reservation risk. An on-site campsite can include or simplify soaking access, but it may be booked or seasonal. A nearby public campground keeps the two reservations and rule sets separate. Free refuge camping removes a fee, not the need to check road conditions, trailer limits, fire rules and first-come capacity.

Princeton · Eastern Oregon · Alvord’s operator lists campsites, bunkhouses and RV accommodation without hookups. Overnight guests receive extended pool access, making the soak and sleep one transaction; the remote approach remains a separate planning task.
Burns · Eastern Oregon · Crane offers the widest camping mix around a managed hot-spring pond. Confirm whether the selected site includes soaking, which facilities are shared and whether a private tub must be booked separately.
Hart Mountain National Antelope Refuge · Hart Mountain’s Hot Springs Campground is first come, first served and free. FWS lists a 24-foot maximum trailer length, vault toilets and year-round camping subject to current conditions and temporary weather closures.
Summer Lake · South-central Oregon · Summer Lake combines a dry-camping field, RV hookups and mineral pools. Pool cleaning schedules and reservation requirements are part of the camping plan, so verify both the site and soaking access before the long high-desert drive.
McKenzie Bridge · About 60 miles from Eugene · Belknap offers tent and RV camping around a developed resort. The operator publishes seasonal tent dates and separate RV details; check whether the selected site and guest count include the intended pool access.
La Grande · Northeast Oregon · Grande is designed for road travelers, with pull-through RV sites, tent sites and seasonal pools for registered guests. Select yurts add a private-soaking option, but that product is not included with every campsite.
Ashland · Rogue Valley · Jackson Wellsprings lists tent, car, glamping and RV accommodations alongside public and private soaking facilities. It is the urban-access choice in this group, but campsite and spa products should still be confirmed separately.
Blue River · McKenzie River corridor · Camping is restricted to developed campgrounds in the Cougar Recreation Area. Cougar Crossing is identified by the Forest Service as the closest campground; sleeping or camping at Terwilliger itself is not the plan.
North Umpqua National Forest · The Umpqua trailhead page explicitly names Toketee Lake Campground as the closest overnight option. Keep the campground reservation, day-use pass and sunrise-to-sunset spring visit as separate pieces of the itinerary.

Fire restrictions, campground opening dates and reservation inventory are time-sensitive. Check the operator or land manager and do a same-week conditions review.
Practical planning
A camping trip fails when the campsite, soak and route are treated as one undifferentiated reservation.
For operator-run properties, confirm the campsite or room first. For public campgrounds, identify whether reservations are possible or the site is first come, first served and set a fallback.
Check whether the campsite includes pool access, requires a separate day-use fee or only puts you near a spring with its own rules and hours.
Review fire restrictions, campground opening dates, the final road and any river or trail warning. A valid reservation does not guarantee the last approach is unaffected.
Scope control
The land beside a pool is not automatically a campsite, and a nearby campground is not permission to stay after day-use hours.
BLM explicitly enforces no camping around Snively. It is excluded from the result list even though it is a popular primitive soak.
Use developed Cougar Recreation Area campgrounds and leave the hot springs within permitted day-use hours.
Toketee Lake is the overnight base; Umpqua Hot Springs remains a separate day-use trailhead and soak.

Crane, Summer Lake, Belknap, Grande and Alvord accommodate RVs in different formats. Hart Mountain permits trailers up to the limit stated by FWS but remains a primitive refuge campground.
Hart Mountain’s designated campgrounds are listed by FWS as free and first come, first served. Remote public-land camping elsewhere requires a specific land-manager check; do not infer it from a map.
The Forest Service identifies Toketee Lake Campground as the closest overnight campground. Umpqua Hot Springs and its trailhead are day use only from sunrise to sunset.
